Ratchet & Clank Comes Spring 2016 to the PS4

The Game Based on the Movie Based on the Game

The movie based on the gam… (dammit) comes April 29th, 2016, placing each other at the right time to capitalize on one another’s release windows.
The PS4 game looks really promising, and will finally fill that hole in the PS4 library for a full-fledged 3D action-platformer like this.

A trailer for the game was released earlier this month, showing the beautiful graphics and character designs, plus some gameplay footage and that signature Ratchet & Clank immature and inappropriate humor.
You can watch the trailer from PlayStation’s Official YouTube account right here:

What do you think of this game (and movie) so far? Does it look like something that might catch your attention? Are you a long time fan of the series? Please do let us know in the comments, we want to hear your opinion.

Lego Marvel’s Avengers Trailer!

Avengers, Assemble!

Now it’s time for Earth’s Mightiest Heroes to get their own LEGO game. The trailer shows characters and scenes form the Avengers movies, in lego form.
This game comes as a sequel to Lego Marvel Super Heroes, which came out more than a year ago to a massive selection of platforms.

Just like previous Lego entries, Tt Games and WB Games wil be involved and it retains the humor, gameplay and artstyle from previous Lego games.
The game will be as multiplatform as it gets, coming to PS3, PS4, PSVita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC, Wii U, 3DS and the eShop, so, if you got a current gen console(even some last gen), you’ll have a chance at this game.
You can watch the trailer itself right here:
What do you think of this game? Is it the Lego game you were waiting for? Or does it seem like a bit of more of the same to you? Let us know in the comments.

Hyrule Warriors 3DS Accidentally Announced!

Koei Tecmo Might Have Brought Us E3 Too Early

Koei Tecmo released a trailer through their official YouTube account for what seems to be a 3DS port of last year’s massive hit, Hyrule Warriors on the Wii U. The trailer shows new gameplay, exclusive features for the port, version differences, cross compatibility, and more!

The 3DS game features gameplay. characters and stages from the Wii U game, though it does have a graphical downgrade. not too different from the Super Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS situation, but at the time being, we don’t know if this game will suffer from cut content just like Smash did because of the 3DS. The game will feature characters from the Wind Waker, such as Tetra and the King of Red Lions, they’ll both be transferable to the Wii U version, though we don’t know if they’ll also be available as DLC.
Unfortunately, Keoi Tecmo has since made the trailer private, making it impossible to view at the moment, but we believe it’ll be available soon. although the trailer’s link has been made private, presumably will be available after Nintendo’s E3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2L8Cfafrvc&feature=youtu.be

Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice Announced

The Latest Sonic Game Is Coming to the 3DS!

Sonic Boom is back on Nintendo’s handheld, after the moderate critical and commercial reception of the previous entry on the 3DS, Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystals.
It’s noteworthy that there’s no Wii U game announced, at least at the time of announcement.

Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice for the 3DS is “coming soon”, we’re guessing later this year, and it seems to follow a similar formula to the previous title, with the addition to the fire and ice gameplay feature.
You can watch the announcement trailer below:

The live presentation will take place this upcoming June the 14th, the same day as Lucas’ release in Smash, and it’ll discuss upcoming content, both paid and free.

It comes as no surprise to learn it’ll be the same day as the release of Lucas and the Miiverse Stage, we can expect news on characters, stages, costumes and maybe even new modes that’ll become available for the game.

It’s noteworthy that rumor has it that Masahiro Sakurai himself will be hosting the event.
What do you hope we’ll be seeing in the event? Let us know in the comment section bellow, the hype is back in Smash!

Mega Man Legacy Collection Announced!

The Complete NES Mega Man Collection

Capcom dropped the news on Mega Man’s official social media,  the Legacy Collection will include Mega Man 1 to 6, which are all existing main line Mega Man games on the NES.
The Legacy Collection will be arriving to the Play Station S4, PC and Xbox One this summer, the 3DS version is set to follow later in the winter.

Mega Man Anniversary Collection
back on the GCN, PS2 and Xbox.
Mega Man Legacy Collection will not only include the classic games in an HD render, but it’ll also include unlockables like artwork and sketches, and features such as challenge mode, leaderboards and replays, at the moment is unknown if this’ll be part of a bigger Mega Man celebration, like a second part collection or a brand new game, Capcom is yet to reveal any other Mega news, and with E3 just around the corner we just might hear of something soon.
The strange part about this bundle is that it’s lacking many games that previous Mega Man Collections included, for example, Mega Man Anniversary Collection, back on the GameCube, PS2 and Xbox, included Mega Man 1 to 8, Mega Man: The Power Battle and The Power Fighters, four games more than this collection, and even following the theming of this collection, which is 8-Bit Style Mega Man, is missing Mega Man 9 and 10, which marked the return of Mega Man to that same art style.
You can watch the official Mega Man Legacy Collection Announcement Trailer here:
Are you excited for this collection? Or are you hoping it’s part of something bigger for the blue bomber? Please let us know in the comment section bellow.

Splatoon Will Be Bringing Another Update Tonight!

Retouching Inkbrush

Nintendo has announced that today at 7 pm PT, an update will come to Splatoon were we’ll be receiving a new weapon, the Inkbrush, while it was previously announced, it has finally been given a date, alongside with some neat screen shots.

Splatoon’s new weapon, the Inkbrush!

The Inkbrush will be very similar to the roller, in fact, it seems to fall into the “roller” category, but it leaves a much smaller trail, lets you run much faster, and it seems that it splashes more paint when you attack.

Splatoon is definitely the biggest game of the summer for Wii U owners, it sold out in Japan to the point where Nintendo had to apologize for short supply of the game, and its online has proven to be one of Nintendo’s best online experiences to date, and its updates are an indication of not slowing down.
You can watch the official announcement tweet bellow:
What do you think of these Splatoon updates, are they a cool new addition to the game, or are they something that should’ve been there in the first place? Let us know what you think in the comments bellow, thanks and have a good day.
