Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, a spiritual successor to Castlevania

Koji Igarashi sets to revive the gothic side-scrolling platformer
Following the steps of Mighty No.9 and Yooka-Laylee, Bloodstaind:Ritual Of the night starts a kickstarter foundation and gets to the goal pretty fast, people seem to have missed a good Castlevania game and it looks like we are finally getting a spiritual successor.

The kickstarter for Bloodstained is one of the most in detail ones we have seen for a game, it goes as far as to giving characters backstory, elements and mechanics of the game, and all the people and teams in charge of specific areas.

This kickstarter is the first one to have a “Special Backer edition Physical Copy”, this kind of games have always planned a digital release but Bloodstained give you the chance to pledge $60 dollars and receive a physical copy, is this going to be a new trend among kickstarters? Well you can still get the digital one for $28 bucks which is not bad at all

We can see here in the image on the left each of the rewards you can get for the amount of money you pledge to the kickstarter.

This game looks to be a lot of fun and a return to the classic we love, we haven’t gotten a game like this for a long time but the wait is now over, at least for 2 years or so.

Be sure to check the kickstarter for yourself and watch the great pitch that Koji igarashi made for it which can only increase your excitement for the game.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate Debut Trailer and Gameplay footage

The New instalment of Assassin’s Creed gets its first trailer

Today Ubisoft revealed the trailer and name of the new assassin’s creed, “Assassin’s Creed Syndicate” alongside a 10 minute gameplay video which gives us a good idea of how the game feels and plays as well as some new things to expect

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set in 1868 Victorian England, this time the world will develop around the industrial revolution and the trailer gives a much more violent feeling than past Assassin’s Creed games and the character seems to have a personality like edward kenway but grittier.

The game still focuses on stealth and doing everything with extreme care and in silence, you can still use  stealth mode, eagle vision and mechanics you are familiar with but there are new things that will completely change the experience like the “rope launcher” which allows you to get to high buildings in a matter of seconds or a zip line to go from roof top to roof top.

The game seems to be the classic we know and love, and that some got even tired of, but with enough twists, changes, interesting scenarios and interesting storyline to give it a chance and enjoy it. The game is set to come out October 23 on PS4 and XboxOne with the PS version following later, be sure to check our page and youtube for more information.

Disney Infinity 3.0 Announced: Enter Star Wars!

Star Wars Announced for the Latest Disney Infinity!

Ever since Lucasfilms was bought by Disney, there’s been speculation as to where will they take Star Wars, and now, after months of speculation, we get our first official trailer for Disney Infinity 3.0, with Star Wars!
Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter Pack

In the trailer we get a look at some classic scenes, vehicles such as the Millennium Falcon, and characters such as Darth Vader, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and R2-D2.

It seems that the game won’t focus on any particular point in the timeline, it will moreso be a complete saga situation, although the starter pack will include characters from the prequel trilogy like Anakin, you can see characters like Yoda and Vader in the cover.
It will be interesting to see if we’ll be getting any characters from the upcoming Star Wars trilogy or any other upcoming project.
Vader and Luke in the game

This also pretty much confirms as to why we didn’t get any Star Wars characters in the upcoming Lego Dimensions, Lego’s take in the Toys to Life concept.
